I got some samples from Digital Globe at the spook conference held in Vegas. Their sat images look like helicopter shots. They had a raffle for free satellite photography of the site of your choice. Needless to say I didn't win else you know what I would have photographed.

I talked to one of their engineers regarding Tikaboo photography and specifically the difficulty in color correction. He said that their color photos get a final tweak by hand. The computers can't get it quite right.
