Very true, but you mention that the government wouldn't of let him go free.... like I said before, if it was noticed by the public that Bob was arrested by the feds that would indeed give suspicion that he did indeed violate a security act and was indeed working on something to have to sign something.

The gov't then goes quiet.. does not deny nor acknowlege Bob's story. So in the end, we still have no real proof.
