I'm guessing it's a taxiway for egressing 14L/32R. This would limit the amount of "exposure" time to satellite "discovery" after a test flight. Rather than going to either end of 14L/32R to access the exitsting taxiways to access the hanger/tarmac area, this way you simply head straight to the hanger area from the approxiamte center of runways 14L/32R.
