Beginning later this month I will be offline for a while (not related to recent events, just a much-needed extended vacation). During that time Norio, Andre and Hank have volunteered to co-moderate our discussion forum. With the help from you all I am sure things will go just fine. I will not have email access from the end of this month until early September, and I expect my inbox to fill up rather quickly. Please do not send me email during that time. Thank you all for your understanding, and a big thank you to Hank, Andre and Norio for keeping up the forum.
