If you know the feds are watching this site....why would you post something like this?If you are going to do it...get together in a mutual place off this site... You could do it with no licenses...just some technicial know how.... Power it off of gell cells and a solar panel.... Camo it.... Get my drift? It could be done.... quite easy actually....
