The only fact is the 727 was stolen. The IRS (really United States Treasury) only owns one plane, N969M, a Martin 404. N334AA is a DC-7 in the National Air and Space Museum. IRS airlines is an airline in South Africa, not the US IRS. N844A doesn't show up in the landings database. A plane with that tail number was once owned by American Airlines. It is a bit of a mystery why the plane still has an N-number if it is no longer in the US.

There are plenty of real crimes done by the Bush regime, so why make up one about the WTC?
