Ever wondered if the CIA's 'echelon project' involving 'listening posts' located in various countries around the world may be related to the ufo phenominom?Or even be used as a location device for flights and operations 'away from home'?

"Strange things have been seen around these areas, and the establishment about 20kms from my house is NO exception" There have been reports (local only) of strange lights and unexplained objects moving from this listening post to a nearby Military establishment. P.S. Nothing strange about the Military Base, and nothing happens there.
