Best days/times to view activity at Edwards?

I apologize if this is off topic, but I'm planning on going to check out the activity at Edwards in a few weeks and was wondering what your experiences are for the best days/times. I'm assuming weekdays are better than weekends?

I will be going to the site described in the post below (thanks for the tip!)
