Looks like the photo is facing roughly south, looking across Groom Lake from the north end. The Red Hat hangars and some other structures on the south end of the lake can be seen in the background.

From that angle it would be Papoose Mountain, which today has a radio facility on its top (see attached link). Looks like there is still snow on the top in this photo, taken in April of 1965.

White Sides would be in the back of the camera.
