This past weekend at the Little A'Le'Inn I ran into a group of guys who just came down from Tikaboo. They did not seem to have encountered any major problems. Weather has been dry, and except for maybe a few patches of snow near the top it should be clear. The south loop road has some sandy patches, and last time I drove it there were some washboard sections. 4WD highly recommended.
