Toms, after working for REECo for 2yrs. in the 80s then spending a great deal of time around the A-51 border from 93-96, I've learned a couple things that hold true almost 100%. First, those who truly "know" anything won't even hint that they know and second, alot of folks like others to think that they "know" something. I've heard many guesses (some very well educated guesses, but guesses none the less) related as "fact". Much can be learned through discussion, but when you're talking about the most secure projects our govt. runs, keep the old B.S. Detector set on HIGH! :-)
