Wind tunnel models - ATI. Wind tunnel force moment model 1 shows "baby B-2," please not single "M" trailing edge - not that of your average B-2. Some observers refer to it as the "TR-3A Black Manta." (To
digress a bit, the designation "TR-3A" first appeared in June 1991 (AW&ST) and the Tier 3 (Quartz) appeared in 1993 (by DARPA/DARO), so, even that the names sound the same, they are in different time frames). The "baby B-2" has been observed by Agent-X (aka Mark
Farmer) flying near Groom in 1993; and by Steve Douglass in 1994 flying at or near White Sands.
