Except the Janet flights are not LockMart or Boeing related, unless you consider the planes are from Boeing. ;-) Yes, the Janets are civilian planes. You can look up the N-numbers in the FAA registry. I prefer the databases at www.landings.com. Do an owner search for "DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE"
