Last year when I went to the border I was buzzed by an F-16 that was flying well within Dreamland airspace so I would presume that A51 has its own interceptors.

Also, on one of the Discovery channel shows on A51 a few years back there was a guy who rented a Cessna and flew close to restricted airspace and was buzzed by F-15s that he said came out of the base. But that program (like most on A51) was riddled with errors so the F-15s might just have been from Nellis.
