Yes, that is where I ran into the police cruiser the first time. On this map near the blue dot at the east end of E Hacienda Ave. The second time I ran into them near the blue dot on Haven St and Diablo Dr. I have seen airport security there before, but never a police cruiser. The camera covers the entire area between the two dots. It can be seen in the first photo in the attached link on the roof above the main entrance.
