On a routine visit at the Las Vegas Janet terminal today I noticed two interesting things:

The large movable surveillance camera in the front corner of the terminal roof was tracking me as I drove up S. Haven Street, and then on E. Hacienda Ave to the airport gate. I went back and forth a few times, and sure enough the camera stayed on me. Only when I accelerated to over 45mph did the camera begin to lag behind, but quickly caught up when I slowed down.

On my second visit in the evening a marked police cruiser pulled up inside the airport fence as soon as I approached the E.Hacienda Ave. gate. They followed me to the south end of the terminal area, but stayed inside the fence.
