After loosing several cases they have pretty much given up on trying to enforce the "No Photography" signs. Take as many photos as you want, as long as you stay on public land. Make sure to get a good shot of the cammo truck on a nearby hill...

We had TV crews out there, and lots of folks with long lenses. As long as you don't cross the perimeter the cammo dudes will just try to stay out of sight.
