I'm not sure I follow you here. The LLC is designed to prevent double taxation. You have the option of running the LLC at no profit and letting the real profits pass through to the members of the LLC on their own tay payer IDs. On the topic of google, I've been doing the unclesam option for some time. I could have sworn I posted that in the forum, but maybe I didn't. There is also www.firstgov.gov and using the search in the website http://www.defenselink.mil/ There is a much better "tour" on the China Lake website, but it seems to be down at the moment.
