I think you'll find they might be on about the existing aircraft the iraqi's have modified to be flown without a pilot ...ie...a Drone.

They have several a/c types that had/have been modified...such as L-29's and other small trainer type jets.
Al lthey do it....pack some chems into a modified drop-tank and fly it over a target dumping the 'chems'.
Also they have apparently modified the a/c for use as guided missiles, with the aircraft having the front loaded with HE and weapons on the hardpoints..HE again.
