If you look at the http://www.flytecomm.com/cgi-bin/trackflight website and make a search with TNX as departure and LAS as arrival, you'll see that TNX is described as Tonopah Test Range.
All these flight to the Nellis Range are said to be bound to Tonopah, but we know they also stop at Groom Lake.
When you look at this flighpath (with a heading of approx 200°) coming to Las Vegas , and passing near Indian Springs, you can deduce that it comes from the area of Groom Lake.

About the disappearance and reappearance, it's possible that the plane is too low (behind the Spring Mountains highest summit) and McCarran radar my not catch it for a few minutes.

I don't think that someone cares about deleting these flights, based on their transponder. Maybe after these posts, they'll do it. ;)
