I respect your opinions Ed, but I'm going to have to disagree. The lights that were seen over Phoenix, now known as the "Phoenix Lights", which occured in March of 1997, was not the TR-3 Black Manta. I have footage of what, I am a few others, are about 90% sure is the TR-3 in Roswell, NM during a Roving Sands operation. The kind of technology you speak of, being able to minimize the actual mass of the aircraft by 69% I also question. I'm certainly not saying that what was seen in Phoenix and at Wright-Patterson wasn't a classified program and that your not correct about that aircraft's existence, whatever it's technologies may be, but I don't believe your description to be of the TR-3 at all. I wish I could figure out how to upload VHS images from a VCR onto a computer digitally, then I could post a few stills of the video that I have.
