The old, abandoned truck stop that you are talking about used to be called the Crystal Springs Truck Stop, if I am not mistaken. Back in the early 90s we used to film some of the camera-shy workers being dropped off the bus at the parking lot. In 1991, I specifically recall one incident in which just before the bus came to a complete stop at the lot, an irate worker threw a flat, round-shaped plastic object from the window of the bus to us, screaming "hey, you, is this what you guys are looking for?" I gave the plastic object to Gary Schultz, as a souvenir if I recall.
