I think given the failure rate of UAVs, putting nukes on board won't happen in the near future. [see link, one of many UAV crash reports] Also, I'm not really convinced that the DOE's Project Pluto (nuke jet) ever worked. It was completed, then cancelled immediately, which is not a good sign.

If you ever get the chance to go to the DOE reading room, view the Broken Arrow video tapes. Now dropping a nuke bomb by accident isn't the same as dropping a reactor, but the cleanup of some of those broken arrows was quite extensive.
