I know the F22 has 2D thrust vectoring, in the vertical plain and I know the JSF has an "extreme" vector where the whole of the jet nozzle rotates thru 90 degrees to facilitate S/VTOL built into the varients for the US marines and Royal Navy but I havn't heard anything on vectoring for normal variants.

I guess it depends on role, the F22 is designated a fighter, where manoeverability is critical whereas the JSF is more multirole, where perhaps stability as a weapons platform is more to the fore.
