Hello Will, it's funny, we were just discussing a few of the interceptors in the chat the other night. I don't think it would be fair to say that the GLI have stopped the "major" portions of their research on the facility at all. I think that in the early-mid 90's when Glenn Campbell was actually the first, to my knowledge, to move out there for the actual "research" aspect of the field, and with his research brought him alot of press. However Glenn also set up the Area 51 Research Center and the UFOMind site where he sold his "Area 51 Viewers Guide". Many of the interceptors still head out in that direction, I got an e-mail from Mark Farmer awhile back and from the sound he is still very much and active member of the interceptor community. There still out there for sure, whether in the numbers they once were it's hard to say.
