Could be a very strong possibility, and I hope your right. It's true that about 2/3's of the money alocated to Groom each year from within the "Black Budget", doesn't even go towards the development, testing, and maintenance of new aircraft programs, it goes towards keeping the black, well black. I have a feeling that we've embarked on a new era in technology out there as far as stealth technology is concerned. I think, as people have been speaking of recently, visual strealth could be as you said, "going from the drawing board and into the testing phase." But it could simply be that they want to beef up security there due to the recent state of our nation and terrorism. Either way, I think 2003 is going to be a very interesting year at the range, this certainly points in that direction!
