I read through Joerg’s posting on the new equipment found along the roads. This made me think that maybe they are posting new things all over the place in preparation for a new project. When I was in the AF, the AF would spend a lot of money toward the end of a FY to show its using its money it was budgeted for. This isn’t the end of a FY so all this money spent must be for something else. What else would be a better reason to purchase millions of dollars of new security equipment? There must be something going on there that is going from the drawing board to testing....
