Thanks for bringing this up, Scott. As we discussed in email there may in fact be a very mundane explanation for the white box with the large solar panel near the Range 61 gate. Click here for our article on the box.
Could it be related to DOE research for alternative energies? Of course Coyote Spring Valley is over 50 miles SE from there, but the box could be a test station of some sort. I hope we get some more input on this.
