CNN coverage re early image on tape ?

can anyone see if they have an image of this, as i cannot find one ?
In the footage that is being shown they keep swapping to 2 different start shots from the same tape
1 is a blue sky the shuttle is obvious crossing right to left at high speed but their is a 'bit of debris' at some distance from the shuttle parrrell heading and descent and as bright as the later footage of it breaking up (the multiple contacts)

2 is the same as above but they are cutting the early debris shots

now if they did have a problem on take off with something (ice?) dislodging and striking the left wing this could be the wing that has sheared off?
This has been discussed and discounted already by NASA, but this was before the re-entry.

also heard something about exploding tyres and the fact they are filled with nitrogen but the footage discounts this by the look of the early shots
