Im pretty sure if you were on a sidewalk with no markings that it was a private property they couldnt arrest you for it. I know cops are allowed to look at anything they want as long as not getting into something. For example if they couldnt get an arrest warrent for your home they could simply walk up to your house look through the windows and then arrest you for anything illegal in there, for you see not once did they actually look INTO THE HOME, it was all on display publicly. I was in a moch trial team and we dealt with this type of thing. Im pretty sure the same rule would apply for a civillan. You were simply looking at items being displayed to you, not looking into the airport. =-D
