I leave the questions to the experts, except for: "Why dont they turn off these internet sites?" Thank God not even the U.S. military and/or government can "turn off" internet sites. E.g., the DLR site could be hosted on a server outside the USA, and the U.S. (or anyone else) couldn't do a f*ck about it. One of the greatest features of the Internet is that it can't be effectively controlled by the powers-that-be. Andreas
