When I was in the AF, I was in the bomb dump on the north side of Nellis. This site, as you may have read, stores nukes as well. I asked one of the SP's about the sensors all around the perimeter and he said that there are motion senors that can detect a mouse and vibration sensors that can detect a rabbit. So to say the least, I would bet that A51 has some of the same equipment, is not, better equipment all around the border. Very high tech stuff. Definatly not worth testing yourself.....
