Title: Construction Workers
Location: Nevada and then into Southern California
Compensation: Depending on the Position, Skill and Experience (Davis Bacon Wage Determinations)
Type: 2 Year Contract
Clearance: Top Secret or "Q" Clearance only!!!! NO upgrades will be worked
Nationality: Must be a US Citizen

All positions require TS or Q clearances. The contract will run for 2 years and with a work schedule that will run 15 days on duty, then 7 days off. Work will start at a site in Nevada on/about 15 November. The project will run there for an undetermined number of months and then move into southern California. Candidates that are hired, but that live outside the states of Nevada or California will be provided air fare home and back during the project down time.

DESCRIPTIONS:

Site Project Manager
This individual will be required to possess a TS or ?Q? Security Clearance and have a minimum 15 years of engineering, general construction and/or Project Management experience. This individual should know and understand the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Property Management Requirements and have managed DOD contracts, projects and/or teams. MUST be a leader and able to work in a physically demanding remote site environment. Individual will work onsite as the Team Leader and direct all onsite operations.
Project Superintendent
This individual must possess a current ?TS? or ?Q? Security Clearance and have a minimum of 15 years general construction experience. This individual must understand and be able to supervise a dedicated crew of trade and crafts people in the field to accomplish a wide variety of general construction projects including structural/building upgrades and remodeling projects. This individual must have excellent ?people skills? and be able to organize, manage, plan and direct the daily activities of a diverse crew of construction trade and crafts personnel at a remote site.
Electrician / Foreman
This individual must possess a current ?TS? or ?Q? Security Clearance and have a minimum 10 years of construction, electrical installation, and/or crew supervision experience. This individual must understand DOD electrical systems, building electrical and communications installation and / wiring practices. Individual must have a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other applicable codes. Individual must be capable of working alone, as needed or managing crews as required for the installation of electrical and communications systems.
Power Equipment Operators
These individuals must possess a current ?TS? or ?Q? level Security Clearance and have a minimum of 10 years experience on heavy power equipment to include: forklifts, backhoes, excavators, hydraulic cranes, compressors, front end loaders, dump trucks, and power hand tools of all types and varieties. Individuals also need to understand power equipment maintenance and safety procedures and operational activities such as structural erection, trenching, shoring and scaffolding.

Construction Laborers
These individuals must possess a current ?TS? or ?Q? level Security Clearance and have a minimum of 5 years general construction experience and be knowledgeable of OSHA and Corps of Engineers construction safety requirements. Individuals should have worked on a variety of projects and be familiar with general site work, trenching, pipe laying, soft demolition, concrete work, structural erection and general remodeling and building construction. Individuals must be team players and be prepared to work in remote locations, work long hours, and perform a variety of duties as required.
