What you are looking at is the possible staging area for the OKC bombing. The picture was taken from an aircraft the pilot and photographer are now deceased. He bumbled into it while doing some sort of training
at a near by army base forget the base. Yes it's the ryder truck that was used in the OKC building according to my friend who obtianed the picture and showed it to me I didnt want to believe it, but I know better.
