If you park by Hwy 6 most likely nothing will happen. If you park on the dirt road through Basecamp, that leads to Tybo ghost town, you may get company from base security. They may ask you what you are doing there. If you tell them you just like to sit there for a while they will generally leave you alone. In fact you can sit there as long as you want; the dirt road is on public land.
