What you are looking at is simply the Pahute Mesa airstrip. While it's not on the public tour, press tours stop there occasionally. It's not maintained and is in pretty beat up shape. It was used for aircraft access into the forward areas of the NTS when they were doing testing. The strip is probably still used every now and then for special ops training.
