Can anyone make out the writing on the sign above the tunnel?

I read the patent claims and it doesn't specify this device is nuclear powered. Rather, the device has to reach 1100 deg Celcius to melt the rock. However, nothing rules out that the device could be nuclear. In the body of the patent (where you don't have any intellectual property rights), they indicate the heat source could be electrical or nuclear.

It would be interesting to know if this is real or not. You can patent things that you haven't produced let alone perfected if the science behind the patent is sound.
