Here is a photo of a lightning conductor near the Area 51 North Gate. I agree that it looks similar. But there is usually only one conductor, not three.

Also, it looks like the cable coming down from the antenna to the right of the pole splits in three separate cables and leads to the electronics box on the right, not into the ground.
