You mean it cross over the ET highway? Here are some of the nearby frequencies used for refueling: (west of route 95) (to the east of the Worthingtons) If they were doing some refueling in a track not on the map, my guess is they would just use the back-up frequency of 319.5.

AR625L primary 291.1 back up 319.5
AR635 primary 352.6 back up 319.5
AR641A primary 295.4 back up 319.5
AR641B primary 295.4 back up 319.5
