Here are some of the nearby frequencies used for refueling:

(west of route 95)
AR625H primary 295.8 back-up 319.5
AR625L primary 291.1 back up 319.5

(to the east of the Worthingtons)
AR635 primary 352.6 back up 319.5
AR641A primary 295.4 back up 319.5
AR641B primary 295.4 back up 319.5

If they were doing some refueling in a track not on the map, my guess is they would just use the back-up frequency of 319.5.
