I've always been curious how you get an ATV into that main wash. It seems like the initial path would be difficult, though once it opens up there would be no problem. In fact, I really can't see how the USAF got the debris to their road unless it was hand carried at parts. I can't see a truck driving the narrow part of that wash. Maybe Bob can explain how he got there.
