absolutely Goddamn right. if you can go 80mph on GLR, you should be prepared to carry a stray cow carcass and your totaled vehicle back to the main highway. that way you will only have to pay the local rancher for the dead cow and not the vehicle replacement costs.
Of course, if you claim the cow was driving, you will only need to hike back to the Inn and report your vehicle stolen. certainly something to try that is not as boring as Comdex.
