If it was an Intercept Mission and there has been bad
press on previous Missions, that would surely cause the
lack of responsibility. Also, Pres. Bush is or was in Florida, amazing how when the "C.I.C." is present, the
Military runs without "any waves" even if it requires
a "cover up" on the Part of the F.A.A. and the Military.
