I think the range map says "noise sensitive" zone over Rachel, as if that stops anyone from making sonic booms. I was yacking with one of the waitresses at the Del Pueblo and she said that there is a group of citizens in Alamo and Hiko who have mastered the fine art of getting the USAF to pay for somic boom damage. The USAF even paid for a cracked foundation, as if a sonic boom could do that. I've noticed on a few occasions that the weapons school trains over Hiko, perhaps to give those in Rachel a rest. I think they are flying over that dry lake north of Hiko to be more specific.
