of corse you can't really judge the size of that thing but it DOES look a lot bigger than an air-to-air missile. My guess would rather be a ground-to-air type and if that should turn out to be the case the guy who launched it will be in SERIOUS trouble - whether we will ever learn about it is another story!
On the other hand: if it was on Art Bell, chances are that it's a hoax anyway...
