If you have an SUV, you could try the Powerlines Overlook, Groom Lake Road, Cedar Pipeline Ranch or Brainwash Butte.

If you have a standard car, then Queen City Summit, Rachel, the Rachel back gate, or even highway 95 between Beatty and Tonopah on the western side of the range is worth a try.

If you're up for a hike, try Reveille Peak, Coyote Peak or Tikaboo Peak.

I'm sure some of the locals and regulars who frequent this forum could point you to more of their favorite viewing spots. See the 'Maps & GPS' section of this site for the locations of these places.
