In talkng to various people concerning non lethal weapons systems. I came across a term called psychological operation and also came across a book titled as such can be purchased from the government or federal book store. This term, "psychological operation" would apply 2 other known words such as disinformation and propaganda. No matter what you like to call it, the objective is the same to put out information that is to be believed, by a target audience or individual to affect an audience to accomplish a certain objective or goal favorable to the sender of which can be misleading and or a diversion to do something else other than what was planned by the intended target group audience etc.

I believe spooky etc were more than likely students of an psy-op school of some sort. Because the government, airforce, etc. love's to employ the UFO laugh shield!.
