Solid fueled rocket launches from Vandenberg around twilight can be seen from all of California, all of Nevada, most of Utah, the very southwestern edge of Colorado, most of Arizona, and the very northwestern edge of New Mexico. Some of the places I've named have blind spots because of their proximity to higher terrain features to their west.
