Here's the scoop on that.
Official retirement date for the F-117A is 2018. Lockheed is offering upgrades through then.

However, depending on which camp you talk to, it could be as soon as 2008 to 2028. So go fig!

Also, think about this......
If the FB-22 were to replace the -117, with a 15 year procurement cycle, the rumbling we are hearing right now make sense.
If it will be a black project, assuming a ten year procurement cycle, we would be talking about 2008.
So you decide.
