In 2020, when the F-117 retires?, will this be the time when we see something very special from Groom? Or will UAV's be too dominant? Sure makes ya wonder what is being tested out there.
You'd think with the billions of dollars spent on projects like F22, they could be a little more effective and organized. Sounds like we might need a personnel overhaul.
