A new facility has been added on Bald Mountain in October 2000. It is smaller than the original radar facility, and also has a radar dome, slightly smaller than the original facility. It is located about 1/2-mile northeast, on a lower peak. We are not sure about the purpose yet, but we will keep you updated.
